Journey to law
Ayça graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2021 completing her Law Degree.
She then successfully finished her Legal Practitioners’ Course with a Law Masters from the University of Law in 2022.
Ayça has been employed at Bolt Burdon Kemp, which specialises in complex matters of clinical negligence and personal injury. She is currently on secondment as a trainee solicitor and gaining experience in employment law at Jones Chase.
Ayça is committed to providing exceptional service to her clients and achieving the best possible outcomes for them.
Ayça has previous legal experience as a paralegal in an international law firm dealing with corporate and immigration cases.
Before starting her training contract, Ayça worked as a paralegal at a specialised clinical negligence and personal injury firm, Bolt Burdon Kemp. Ayça started her training contract in October 2024 and is now looking forward to her time on secondment as an employment lawyer.
I feel strongly about ensuring everyone has a healthy and fair work environment where they feel comfortable thriving. Employment law is also a dynamic area that requires staying informed and adapting strategies to tackle often complex and diverse legal challenges.
