Charlotte enjoyed studying employment law on the Legal Practice Course.
During her legal studies, Charlotte volunteered as a caseworker assisting victims of domestic abuse with their applications to obtain emergency injunctions.
Currently on secondment from specialist personal injury law firm Bolt Burdon Kemp, Charlotte is excited to expand on her legal experience and get involved in all areas of the firm’s practices, advising employers and individuals.
Charlotte supports our qualified lawyers on cases involving all aspects of employment law.
Charlotte has a background in clinical negligence and personal injury law, having worked as a paralegal before starting her training contract. She joins the Jones Chase team as a trainee on secondment from Bolt Burdon Kemp LLP.
I am drawn to employment law as a practice area because of the opportunity to have a real positive impact on clients’ lives.
The variety of work appeals to me, from Employment Tribunal litigation to working on non-contentious matters. It is an exciting and growing area of law where no two legal matters are the same.
