Journey to Law
Sarah studied law at King’s College London as she was looking for a challenging career. Whilst training as a solicitor she worked in a number of different departments, however, when she discovered employment law, Sarah knew this was the area that she wanted to specialise in. At the time, employment law was a new and growing area and, to this day, remains to be a dynamic field of the law. There is a never ending supply of Judgments and cases to consider, which Sarah finds always keeps things interesting.
I have extensive experience dealing with both corporate and individual clients and contentious and non-contentious work. I have acted for clients in High Court litigation including injunction proceedings in industrial relations and restrictive covenant matters. I regularly represent clients in the employment tribunal in discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing cases.
