Journey to law

Tanya graduated from the University of Warwick in 2020 with an LLB. She completed her Legal Practitioners Course with Distinction in 2021. Tanya started her Training Contract in April 2024 and is currently on secondment from reputable law firm Bolt Burdon Kemp, completing her second seat in Employment Law at Jones Chase.

Tanya has in-house legal experience working at a charity assisting General Counsel.

She then went on to become a Paralegal at clinical negligence and personal injury law firm Bolt Burdon Kemp before starting her Training Contract in April 2024.

I have a background in clinical negligence and personal injury law and am committed to helping those at some of the lowest points in their lives. Employment issues can have serious consequences in all areas of an individual’s life and also the business of the employer and I am keen to help clients at Jones Chase navigate the process.

Jones Chase specialises in Employment law, it is the only area of law they do. It is a privilege to complete my seat in Employment Law at an Employment firm and I am keen to learn from the wealth of expertise at the firm.

The specialist legal expertise coupled with how approachable and friendly everyone is.
