Jones Chase’s lawyers are either consultants or employees, and everyone has the freedom to work from our modern serviced office in Chancery Lane, or from home. About you
Ideally, you’ll have excellent academics, an entrepreneurial approach, and great employment experience from a top-tier city law firm.
You will have solid experience in advising sophisticated clients on a full range of employment law matters, including: dismissals, collective redundancies, discrimination and equal pay, disciplinaries and grievances, bonus disputes, post-termination restrictions, team poaching, sickness absence, performance management, mergers and acquisitions, contract and policy reviews, TUPE, managing employment tribunal litigation and providing advice to senior executives.
You will benefit from a supportive platform to help build and develop an employment law practice and excellent financials with no upper limit on your earnings.
