Partner Level Employment Lawyer

London / Hybrid / Homeworking
We are looking for a Partner Level Employment Lawyer at Jones Chase on a permanent basis. We are offering a profit share of up to 60% of billed fees, the opportunity to work in a truly great and collegial team and there is no upper limit on your earnings. If you are busy, your OTE will be in excess of £200,000. You can structure your role with what works best for you – whether it be from home, our offices in Chancery Lane or a mixture, the choice is yours.

What we are looking for:

  • The role is suited to somebody who is already a partner, or otherwise a senior associate with a client following, looking to make the jump to partner level.
  • Excellent academics with complementing experience from an established and reputable employment law practice.
  • Somebody that shares our values.
  • Self-starter, go-get attitude with the hunger to generate and build their personal brand and practice with help from the Jones Chase team, with a strong and consistent focus on integrity and treating people fairly.
  • Someone who is willing to try new things and wanting to stay one step ahead of the market – can see links and opportunities that others may miss, has a flexible approach paired with a strong desire to help others.
  • Someone who is a team player.
