This ethos and structure has created exciting growth, and we are now looking for another Senior Associate / Consultant Employment Lawyer to join us, to help with overflow work.
What we are looking for:
- The role is suited to somebody who is already a senior associate / consultant employment lawyer and who wants to join a team which enjoys excellent, high quality work and a fantastic team spirit.
- Someone who can spend, on average, approximately 5 to 10 hours a month working with Jones Chase and is interested in providing overflow support / annual leave cover.
- Excellent academics with complementing experience from an established and reputable employment law practice.
- Somebody that shares our values.
- Highly competent employment lawyer who can run cases without or with minimal supervision, with a strong and consistent focus on integrity and treating people fairly.
- Someone who is a team player.
We are offering 35% – 50% of your billed fees, with no upper limit on your earnings and a flexible working structure that can fit around you. You can structure your role with what
works best for you – whether it be from home, our offices in Chancery Lane or a mixture, the choice is yours.
