Journey to law

Throughout school and higher education Céline identified an interest in people-focused law, with Family and Employment being of particular interest as a future career. She studied Law at the University of Southampton and then completed her post-graduate diploma and Masters in Legal Practice at the University of Law.

Céline was a paralegal in a number of firms across Reading and London before training in a small firm in South West London. Her paralegal experience in Employment Law stayed with her and she started out as a qualified Employment Lawyer in Surrey, later moving into bigger London firms.

Céline enjoys being part of a relevant and relatable area of law which is regularly changing and adapting to the evolving needs of the country’s workplaces. She likes the challenge of continuous learning and being creative in using the law to best meet client’s objectives.

I would highly recommend Celine and Lisa from Jones Chase and would work with them again in the future.

That I could work to support and empower others in difficult and stressful situations using my legal knowledge.

I was drawn to the experience of the collective team, whilst maintaining a flexible and friendly firm full of people who genuinely care about our values. I have been made to feel very welcomed and genuinely valued when joining the team.

The people, the collective expertise and living our values.

Helping clients feel seen, heard and understood.
