Journey to law
After having undertaken a legal work experience placement at a young age, Lisa was inspired by the capacity for lawyers to help others. Ever since, she has not looked back and has become fully committed to pursuing a career in law.
This led Lisa to complete a law degree at the University of Leeds before completing the legal practice course and a training contract in Birmingham.
Having specialised in employment law since qualification, Lisa feels privileged to work in such a dynamic and fascinating practice area. She loves the fact that no two days in her role are ever the same.
I have worked for a range of regional and national commercial practices across a wide variety of sectors, most recently with a focus on supporting high-profile clients in the retail sector.
I have experience of advising on all areas of employment law for a full spectrum of clients from senior executives, start-up businesses, owner-managers to large-scale employers, including those headquartered overseas.
